The new space-saving, collapsible Euro container is made of plastic and offers box-pallet users more ways to add flexibility to their supply chain. With their steel cages, box pallets take up a great deal of space when they are empty. Collapsible Euro containers (ECON), on the other hand, can be folded up to make them compact, stackable and just one-fifth of their original volume. Furthermore, the collapsible ECON is designed so that it can be easily stacked both on and under box pallets. The interior dimensions of the Euro container (ECON) correspond exactly to those of the box pallet, and the ECON is also accessible from all four sides.
