The Drop & Drive app: digital pooling of small quantities for transport companies
The Drop & Drive app makes it easier to release small quantities of pallets, exchanged concurrently, through a paperless pooling process. Our innovative app connects drivers with our open pooling community and displays drop-off locations for pallets in the vicinity of the driver or along a route. This means the lorry’s loading area can be emptied quickly and easily for the next customer.

How the Drop & Drive app works
In addition to the Europe-wide pooling service, small quantities of load carriers such as Euro pallets or H1 plastic pallets can be deposited at PAKi Spots in France and Germany with the Drop & Drive app.
Our PAKi Spots are displayed directly at the desired location or along a specific route. The app shows the distance to the next Spot, making it easier to choose the right location. Electronic notifications at the respective PAKi Spot are available 24/7. You can view your pooling requests and check the current status at any time in the app. Your cargo drivers can then unload the pallets at the PAKi Spot at the agreed-upon time. On-site validation is completely electronic with a digital signature or TAN. The inspection note is then immediately created in the system and can be viewed straight away in the app as a printable PDF. The pallets are credited to the respective exchange account in real time.
The quantity is confirmed at the Spot in real time using a modern, paperless TAN process. This means there’s no need to wait for any documents.
