The PAKi Logistics online account offers our clients a complete overview of their account status and pallet balances. You can place orders 24/7 and speak to your PAKi Logistics contacts to discuss your individual requests in terms of your load carrier management. Furthermore, you also have access to your contracts and invoices. PAKi’s digital invoicing system and the continuous development of our pooling services simplify the exchange process and offer exceptional transparency and reliability.

How the Online Portal works
In the PAKi Portal, you can complete typical, day-to-day processes involved in the management and movement of load carriers digitally and around the clock. You can use the portal to order load carriers to be delivered directly to your warehouse, to the unloading station of your choice (within the PAKi countries) or to collect yourself. You can submit released pallets in just a few clicks. Thanks to the templates and multi-order features, you can also complete recurring processes more quickly. All load carrier movements are made available in the online account on a daily basis. Account statements can also be reviewed digitally, and clients can use web applications like the PAKi e-Voucher in the portal as well.
